Analytics

We use Google Analytics, a third party service, to collect information on visitors and user behaviour. We monitor these patterns of behaviour to improve the user experience of our site. This information does not contain personal identifiable information and we ensure to anonymize all IP addresses passed to Google.

We also use Google Analytics Advertising Features. This shares information with third-party vendors to help deliver relevant ads through Google and Google Display Network. This feature is not enabled by default and must be opted into in our cookie preferences.

Mailing Lists

We use Mailchimp, a third-party company, to deliver newsletters and emails about promotions to our subscribers. Statistics gathered from Mailchimp include information on email openings and clicks. We ask for nothing but your email address, but if you are a customer then we also store information about your purchase so we can personalise emails to remind you of your purchase. We will not send you emails unless you have explicitly opted in to email marketing through the subscription form at the bottom of each webpage or by checking the opt-in box on our checkout page. If you change your mind, all of our emails contain an unsubscribe link at the bottom which will allow you to opt out of future emails. Unless specified above, we do not disclose information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.
