Personalising your gowns
We love helping you to strengthen your brand identity. Having your logo on your gowns creates a feeling of professionalism and pride in your business, which in turn enhances customer loyalty. Not to mention it’s great for social media!
We will even embroider the name of your salon for free, if you choose one of our many font styles that we can type from a keyboard.
If your logo is more intricate, with a specially-designed font or with graphics, we can digitize it for a one-off set up fee of £25 plus VAT. We will retain your logo on file for as long as you require, with nothing else to pay on future orders.

Which fonts can I choose from?
You can select from one of the fonts in our gown editor. We have a wide range of fonts to choose from that should suit most salon needs. If you want to use a specific font that isn't listed, just get in touch and we will be able to accommodate this.
Can I upload a logo?
Yes, you can either create an account to upload your logo or email the logo to [email protected] after you have placed your order. We are able to work with most image formats. Logo digitization has a one-time set up cost of £25, but after this we will keep your logo on file for future orders.
What file format does my logo need to be?
You can upload your logo as a .jpg, .png, .eps, or .pdf file (maximum file size 2MB). If your logo is in a different format, that’s no problem — we can work with most file types, so simply email it over to us.
Where will the logo be?
You can have your logo anywhere that we can fit an embroidery frame. The most popular positions are the centre of the chest, or the breast, where the size would be more discrete. Ring us to discuss your ideas if you have thought of a more unusual position & we’ll do our best.
How big will it be?
The general maximum is that your logo must fit in a 6 inch circle (15cm), as that is the size of our embroidery frames. The number of letters in your salon name will determine the size to some extent. If your salon has just 2 initials in its name, you probably wouldn’t want to fill all the space.
If you choose a breast position, that gives us a much smaller area to work with, so it’s likely to fit in a 4 inches / 10 cm circle. Imagine a blazer badge, or school polo shirt type position & size.
Can I mirror the embroidery?
It’s no problem to reverse your logo to be read in the mirror. It’s literally a switch of a button.
What thread colours are available?
We stock hundreds of thread colours. If you have a Pantone reference, HEX code etc., we’ll do our very best to match to your brand colour.
How long does embroidery take?
We aim to complete embroidery orders within 7–10 working days, although turnaround times may vary depending on demand. If you require your order urgently, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeframe.
